My name is Francois du Toit.

I'm a Cape Town based photographer known for my "tallness" - hence the name of 'Tall Guy' photography - and also for the continuous smiles and passion for telling stories through a lens.

I am a story teller by nature, and any form of it. I've been a lover of love and story telling since I can remember, constantly looking for an untold story to explore. I've been taking pictures and videos since I was a teenager, always 'borrowing' Mom's camera, until one day when my parents bought me my own. And it sparked an interest that lasted forever!

"When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence." - Ansel Adams.

I've recently been made the luckiest man alive when I married the girl of my dreams. And in truth, she is the backbone of this business and the reason it exists today. Without her push I will not be standing tall today!
